Sadly, the popular comedian and character artist has died. He passed away at the age of 69 on Wednesday, April 3, 2023, at his residence in Chennai due to liver-related problems.
Earlier, he was earlier admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai and was later shifted to his residence.
Manobala was unwell for the past fifteen days and stopped responding to treatment and breathed his last this afternoon (May 3, 2023).
Prior to his death, he had also undergone an angio-treatment in January after experiencing chest pain.
